All of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production typically begins within 1–5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:
• United States: Typically 3–10 business days after fulfillment. Some products may require additional shipping time depending on product type, destination, and carrier availability.

• International orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date at:
